Our Reflective Glowire was designed to be used as a highly reflective guyline for low stretch applications. Such as guying out tents, tarps and shelters. But it can be used for any application you can think of and will become your new favorite reflective accessory cord. The reflective tracers work like a road sign; when you shine the cord with a light, the reflective tracers are designed to reflect the light right back at you. So the brighter the light, the more reflective the line becomes. This cord was designed and is manufactured to be the best reflective cord on the Planet. We make it in house on our own braiding machines, and use the best materials on Earth!

Construction Details:

Kernmantle Construction. Not Spliceable. High Density Braid. Jacket and Core Melt Together.

Jacket: The Jacket is constructed using UltraFuzion which is a blend of Dope Dyed High Tenacity UV Resistant Polyester and UHMWPE (Dyneema, Spectra, Izanas). It is blended together for incredible abrasion resistance, cut resistance, uv resistance, tangle resistance, and knotability. This jacket has been used with Ironwire for many years now. But has been added to Glowire as well.

Reflective Tracers: We use Super Reflective 3M Scotchlite Tracers. Nothing on the Market Compares.

Core: The Core is constructed using an Ultra High Tenacity Polyester that is Parallel Plied, so it is strong, low stretch, torque free, tangle resistant, and will melt together with the jacket.

Sizes & Technical Details:

With the new UltraFuzion jacket, The cords have become slightly oversized due to the additional UHMWPE fiber that was added to the jacket.
