I am making sure to tell EVERYBODY I know about your website and your business; the Cuben tarp you made for me is a real attention getter. Especially when I am able to get it pitched "drum tight" in a howling windstorm. In fact, in the Alberta Rockies last year, I pitched my Cuben tarp over a campsite's picnic table, and left it pitched there overnight. Several tent parties sheltered underneath it all night long during the frequent rain showers. In the morning over breakfast, I was telling all the grateful campers all about Cuben fabric, and especially about your company and how you came to make me my special tarp. Many of the campers commented on how windy and gusty it got in the middle of the night, and how they would never have trusted their own tarps to be left unattended overnight during a storm. But it was after I took down the tarp, rolled it up and stuffed it into it's tiny little Cuben stuff sack, that everybody there was in awe of it ! I made sure to let everybody hold the tiny, lightweight little bundle and again re-iterated on how your Cuben products were in a class all their own. There were several people present that carefully wrote down your website after I told them about it. I plan to advertise your new company name to anyone who sees my Cuben products on the trail this summer.

Hi Lawson,
Your company is exactly what you want in a cottage outdoor manufacturer. You are extremely prompt in responding to any questions about the products, and your customer service provided is superb. I don't know how you get away with offering free shipping, while still maintaining prices below those of other manufacturers of similar products, but it sure is nice for the buyer. The design and quality of the product are excellent, and I get the sense that if there were any problems you would be more than willing to do what it takes to keep your customers happy. To be honest though, I can't say for sure, because thus far I cannot find a single flaw in my drybags!
