Shipping & Return Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS!  NO Minimums. No Restrictions. No End Dates.  

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.  For small orders, we generally ship U.S. Postal Service (USPS) as its the fastest and most secure method, and for larger orders we generally ship UPS.  If you need us to use a special carrier please let us know. If you need something quicker please contact us for other shipping options and prices.

Canada & International Orders:  

Please Note: We use to offer Free Shipping to Canada but on Jan 21st, 2018 we had to suspend this service and change our shipping policy.  USPS significantly increased their prices and elimated some of their First Class International Options.  Shipping a small order to Canada use to cost us $3-5, now its $15+.  As a result we can no longer offer Free Shipping to Canada.  

Our New Rates:

$15 Flat Rate USPS First Class. This service is slower and is tracked less.   Usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive.

$40+ USPS Priority Mail.  This service is faster and is tracked more. Usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive.

$75+ USPS Express.  This service is very fast and is tracked the most.  Usually takes less than 1 week to arrive.

Order Fulfillment & Tracking:

We ship orders ASAP, but sometimes there can be shipping delays due to high product demand or during peak times of the year.  If you have an upcoming trip and need something before a certain date please let us know. 

An email from the shipping carrier will be sent to you once we print your shipping label.  This does not mean your order has shipped.  It means your order is in processing and we are getting it ready to ship.  Your order can be tracked via the tracking info sent from the shipping carrier.  If you did not receive an email with your tracking information please check your spam box as it can sometimes end up in there.   If you have any questions regarding the tracking of your order please send us an email to Info@lawsonequipment.com.

Backordered, Out of Stock, and Pre-Ordered Items:

If you buy a backordered, out of stock, or pre-order item your entire order will not ship until this item is instock and ready to ship.    

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  If you are not 100% satisfied with anything you buy from us, no matter the reason, send it back for an exchange or full refund. This can be next week, next month, or next year. 

Warranty: 

We have a 100% NO BS GUARANTEE. If a product we make doesn't last as long as you think it should, please let us know and we will make it right.
