FAQ

When will my order ship and how long will it take to arrive?  Shipping your order as fast as possible is our highest priority. But we are NOT Amazon with robots, conveyor belts, a fleet of airplanes, or drones.  We are a small manufacturing company that makes very high quality outdoor gear.  As a result, we generally have more demand for our gear than we can produce.  So this can lead to shipping delays.   But for the most part we ship orders within a few days to a week.  If you need your gear ASAP, we offer expedited shipping.  Contact us for more details.       

I am hiking the _______ Trail, can you ship my order General Delivery so I can pick it up at the next Post Office?  Yes its no problem at all.  We do it on a daily basis during the "hiking season". Just put where you want your package to ship to in the ship to section of the checkout page and we will make sure it goes there.   Putting a note in the shipping notes is a good idea too.  We can even write your name on the outside of the package with your expected ETA if you would like us to. 

I didn't receive my tracking info, where is it?  If you didn't receive an email with your tracking information please check your spam box as it can sometimes end up in there.  If not, please contact us and we will send it to you.  

What forms of payment do you accept?  Pretty much anything... Gold, Silver, Good Quality Beer, Wild Honey, Wild Game, Fresh Fish (Can't Smell), Cash, Check, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc, etc.

What is your return policy?  I have never actually received this question before due to the fact that returns are very rare for us, but just incase you are intersted to know. We have a Lifetime Return Policy as I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  If you are not 100% satisfied with anything you buy from us, no matter the reason, send it back for a full refund.  This can be next week, next year, or next decade.

What kind of warranty do your products have?  Another question I have never received as everything is built to last.  But we have a Forever Warranty.    I call it our 100% NO BS GUARANTEE.  If something doesn't work as intended, or breaks, or if its something you don't like please let me know, and I will make it right.    

Do you really make your own cordage/rope?  We actually receive this question quite often. Yes we do!  We bring in raw yarn and ply, twist, and braid it into finished cordage/rope.    

Are all your materials MADE IN USA?  We buy the best materials made on Earth.  So this means some of the materials we buy are not made here.  I wish they were, but they are not.  BUT we never buy materials from other countries because they are cheaper, ONLY becasuse they are better.
